Since 1996, I’ve been employed off and on by The Stranger, America’s Hometown Newspaper, in a variety of editorial positions, all of which basically boil down to writing and editing pieces for every section, overseeing special issues from time to time, dreaming up headlines, and generally joining in the great collaboration that the paper represents each week. Though you can access the whole paper and its exhaustive archive at www.thestranger.com, some of the pieces I’m proudest of are indexed to the right. The “Other Magazines” section is rather paltry at the moment, since I don’t really know how to go about getting freelance work, but hopefully that’ll change in 2005.
